Varun wanted to ride a motorcycle at the age of 14 but couldn’t. He somehow learned the art of riding at the age of 16. His uncle bought him his first bike; Pulsar 180 when he got to know about Varun’s passion for bikes. He then went on his first ride to Kodaikanal covering 200kms with a friend. When he turned 25, his mother gifted him a Rc390 on which he rode to Kanyakumari, Thiruvandhapuram, Munnar, Coimbatore, Chennai and a few places in Andhra Pradesh. He later rode to Leh, on the first day he covered 750kms and the next day he covered 1000kms and rode through Kishtwar- keylong road, one of the world’s toughest roads. This whole ride was a delightful experience for him.
