Jai Bharathi co-founded the Hyderabad chapter of “The Bikerni” an all women motorcycle club in 2013. She has led several expeditions to Ladakh, Kanyakumari to Kashmir, cross country expedition across south East Asian nations covering 17000kms and most recently Bathukamma ride covering 12000kms in Telangana promoting women safety and tourism.
Her efforts in the field of motorcycling have been appreciated by Hon’ble Prime minister of India, “Narendra Modiji” . She has also embarked on a motorcycle expedition “Wheels of Will” across the US, mapping the route through UNESCO world heritage sites in September-October. Through this trip, she created awareness on #womeninmobility and also raised funds for MOWO social initiatives. She’s the only female biker from the Telangana states to have covered more than 1, 00,000kms on motorcycles.
