Gaurav has been working with the RE riders team and rides with responsibilities in groups. He also makes sure that every rider enjoys in the group rides. He always leads rides, which are conducted in Kutch, Gujarat. He has leaded the ride to Rider Mania, Goa from Kutch in 2018 and 2019. Recently he rode to Jaisalmer and according to him riding through the Thar Desert was an wonderful experience.
